Early Head Start held their October socialization for Webster County at Grace Lutheran Church in Fort Dodge.  The Fort Dodge Fire Department came and educated families on fire safety and prevention.  A family style meal of walking tacos was shared and families participated in a fire safety activity.

Wright County Public Health nurse, Gayleen Rutherford, works with a family on the updated Brigance screener.  Rutherford is a contract employee of Your Own United Resources, Inc. working with pregnant moms to age three in Wright County.  Y.O.U.R., Inc. has been able to purchase the updated Brigance with the funding from the Wright County Charitable Foundation.
